I wont go back during Christmas as I normally do so instead We went over to Stockholm for a couple of days to visit my family and best friend.

Poch Fit Journey, Day 1.

A lot is happening at the moment and I'm well excited to finish the last chapter of 2014 in the best possible way.

I did sign up at LA Fitness yesterday and today I start my Posh Fit journey with Linda Hedenstrom, Personally trainer, athlet and founder of Scandinavian Fitness. During 8 weeks we will train together 3 times a week to explore a new training method called Posh Fit.

We will have the first training session today that will include weighted Squat variations, shadow boxing, push ups, traveling Burpees and more.

Business Briefing at Radisson Hotel.

The UK team start a new chapter from October month and moving the office to Radisson Hotel next to Warren Street there we will be every Wednesday evening and one saturday per month.

An fantastic evening at Dr Joe Chang Ph.D Seminar at Hilton Hotel.

It was an honour to meet Dr J in person at his event in London. NYT best selling author, the brain behind the £3 billion worth company we are working with and one of the words top scientists. The future with this company looks incredibly bright and Im happy to be part of it.

Sunny days in Barcelona.

I landed in Barcelona this morning, checked in at the beautiful hotel Ofelia there I will stay for the weekend. Enjoyed my own company by the pool and prepared for an exciting weekend starts tomorrow.

Bank Holiday getaway to Barcelona.

I did have a wonderful time in Barcelona over a weekend a couple of weeks ago.

This city is almost perfect and with all the needs you might have for a great holiday.

The days went way to fast and happily I have my next trip to Barcelona booked.

It will be a totally different experience this time and Im well excited.

1. Our beautiful hotel next to the sea.

2. After a dinner on the beach we did finish the night with watermelon martinis on the top of W hotel.

3. To be able to eat an un limited amount of super fruits and fresh made juice is the absolutely heaven.

3. We did claim the top and shared a can of sangria while we enjoyed the view.

4. One day of sightseeing.

5. Best way to start a day. Breakfast and a lot of goodness in the stomach!

6. Launch Club while waiting for the plane on the airport.
